Sweden's legendary brutal death metal band Deranged are back with their ninth full length.Struck By A Murderous Siege is eight songs U.S style brutality that ranges from hyper speed raging sections to a more mid paced controlled style.The guitars are played with a lot of talent and skill going from a brutal and fast speed to a more controlled mid paced speed in a few songs.The guitarists knows how to write memorable patterns and even mixes in some well played solo's.The drumming is done with some well played and performed drum patterns.Going from an all out assult of fast blasting drums mixed with some slower,mid paced drums.If you are a fan of Deranged's past releases you will want to add this to your collection today.

In Twilight's Embrace--Trembling Mcd {Arachnophobia Rec.}
In Twilight's Embrace have released their newest Mcd Trembling featuring three songs of well played fast blackend death metal.The guitars are played at hyperspeed patterns that are well performed even when played at the high speed.The guitars are not all crazed and fast as the guitarist can play at a more controlled mid paced style in a few sections before going in for a more fierce assult.The drummer plays within the same realm going going from extreme blasting drums to a more well done mid tempoed drum style used in a few of the songs.The vocalist does a good job of mixing low death metal growls mixed with some black metal screams.If you are a fan of good blackend death metal then defintly give In Twilight's Embrace a chance.

Solitvdo is a one man Italian band created by D.M playing a very atmospheric black metal style.The guitars are played with a lot of skill and passion that go from melodic,somber tone to a faster blackend style and sound.The drumming is played in the same vein with some very fast drums to a more controlled mid paced sound.D.M's vocals are mix of melodic death growls and a deeper death metal growl used in a few songs.Anyone who enjoys epic,atmospheric black metal with touches of death metal used should defintly buy Solitvdo new release today.

Ulcer--Heading Down cd {Arachnophobia Rec.}
Ulcer comes out of Poland's old-school death metal scene with their third release to date "Heading Down". Featuring nine songs of dark and heavy death metal with some early ninties Swedish death metal influence entertwined.The guitars are played with extremely fast and chaotic patterns.But the guitarist is not all speed and aggressin as he does slow to a more mid paced heavier style in a few of the songs.The drumming is played with some excellent patterns going from a heavy mid paced range to an all out assult on the drum kit.The vocals are low death growls mixed with some gruff spoken type of vocal patterns.If you enjoy old-school death metal like early Entombed,Grave or the first dismember release you will defintly want to add Ulcer's Heading Down to your collection today.
